BASIC FUNCTION

The purpose of this position is to provide technical guidance and support of WHUR-FM as well
as all HD and Satellite channels.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Handle the installation, maintenance, and operations of all broadcast, IT and transmission
equipment

* Provide twenty-four hour on call service to the radio station.

* Responsible for station technical compliance with current FCC rules and regulations.

* Instruct and assist operators in the proper operation of broadcast equipment necessary for

* Coordinate and supervise overall performance of engineering department.

* Ensure operations efficiency of the engineering department and related functions.
