POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a SUPERSTAR Digital Sales Coordinator. to work for the #1 local news organization in the great city of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma!  The Digital Sales Coordinator assists the KFOR Local Sales Team in selling the most impactful digital media in the market, such as KFOR.com, KFOR News App, Sports Livestream, OTT, Programmatic, Digital Audio, Social, Search, Peacock, and more. PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS:

·         Assists the sales team in designing marketing proposal for clients

·         Maintains awareness of digital traffic requirements for Google Ad Manager

·         Enter orders, traffic and accounting data using computers, ledgers, and other resources

·         Corresponds with customers and confers with coworkers to answer inquiries and account management

·         Assists team in developing marketing creative for clients, such as display banners, videos, emails, and other marketing material

·         Excels at social media campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, YouTube, and other social media platforms

·         Prepares forms and reports

·         Monitors inventory

·         Maintains files and other business records

·         Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

·         High School diploma

·         Fluency in English

·         Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

·         Strong computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Photoshop, and WordPress is desirable

·         Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance, preferably in the sales or media fields

·         Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
