Sr. Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled data-driven and detail-oriented digital marketer with a curious mindset and passion for results! You are the right candidate if you have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing, website analytics, conversion strategies and tactics that help drive performance and insights for a large global client.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or a related field. 10 years preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics and testing tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong grasp of statistical analysis and experience in deriving insights from complex data sets.
- Reporting and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and strategies to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Advertising agency experience
- A passion for understanding the client, and for making their digital experience amazing
- Experience optimizing video for ads, landing pages, social, email, and other channels
- Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese
Responsibilities of this role:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust CRO strategies to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates across all digital platforms and clients.
- A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the performance of web content, landing pages, and user experiences.
- Data Analysis: Additionally utilize analytics tools to gather insights, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance website usability, design, and content to improve conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimization Initiatives: Lead optimization initiatives, including personalization, segmentation, and targeting to enhance user engagement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of CRO specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Technology Integration: Integrate the latest technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of CRO efforts.
